Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and has practices in Orange County for the past fifteen years. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He has served on the board of a local non-profit organization and currently teaches at Cerritos College as interim professor.

His experience includes a broad range of industries including real estate, oil and gas, wholesale distributers, financial brokerages, engineering, retail, medical services, and many other commercial for profit and not for profit entities. Chris has provided extensive tax and accounting services for estates and trusts. Before starting his own practice in 1996, he was employed at Hausmaninger, Benoe, Lang and Alford (a local public accounting firm).

Milton has over 40 years of experience in the fields of accounting and business. He has an accounting degree from Tulane University.

He began his career in public accounting with Peat, Marwick and Mitchell and later served as the chief auditor of the Flour Corporation. From Flour, Milton moved on to become the chief financial officer of Santa Fe Internationals, a worldwide engineering and construction operation. Before returning to public accounting with his son Chris, Milton arranged financing, built and operated numerous car wash/auto care centers as a general partner.

Thomas J. Gentile, JD CPA has been working in the area of taxation for over 25 years. He is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, and Western State University College of Law, with a certificate in taxation. In law school he won the American Jurisprudence award for excellence in the study of federal taxation. His final exam paper in federal income taxation was published as a study guide for other law students.

He specializes in the areas of individual and small business taxation, estates and trusts, and real estate taxation. He has served as an expert witness and has given seminars to other CPAs in the area of taxation. He has successfully represented clients in audits and appeals, before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, and State Board of Equalization. Tom’s legal education gives him the advantage of being able to help clients understand the tax issues involved in, contracts, divorces, trusts, and real property issues.
